The Higher energies are in the process of re-patterning the energetic and physical bodies of those who are open to shifting to the higher levels. The Higher energies are restructuring our whole energy makeup so that we can harness the energy and live in these higher realms of love and wisdom in this lifetime.
Many people have inquired what they should do during that hour or whatever time you plan to devote to expressing love, peace & unity. Those who are musicians or love to sing, simply pick out songs that express joy, love, unity. Do a search on the internet for song lyrics and pick out songs that you love to sing. If you are someone who prays or meditates, search your heart and you will intuitively know the intentions in your role in healing the planet. We are Souls of Love.
